The terms, briefly.
JFDS is a simple product, so these are short. Using JFDS means you agree to them. Effective 21 July 2026.
What JFDS is
JFDS is a habit tracker for a daily bodyweight protocol. You log reps, it keeps your streak. It is free to use and requires a Google account to sign in, so your streak follows you across devices.
You need to be at least 16 to use JFDS.
Not medical advice
JFDS describes a training protocol and counts your reps. It does not know you, your health, or your injuries. Nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting any training routine, and stop anything that hurts.
You train at your own risk. You are responsible for choosing movements and effort levels that are safe for you.
Your account and your data
Your log belongs to you. You can export it or delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent. What JFDS stores and where is covered by the privacy policy.
Keep your Google account secure; anyone signed in as you can see and edit your log.
Fair use
Do not abuse the service: no breaking in, no scraping other people’s data, no using JFDS to run anything unlawful. That is the whole list.
The service
JFDS is provided as is, free of charge. Features can change, and the service can be suspended or discontinued. If JFDS ever shuts down, the deletion and export tools stay available long enough for you to take your data with you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, JFDS is not liable for training injuries, missed workouts, lost streaks, or indirect losses from using or not being able to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing removes rights the law gives you as a consumer.
Ending things
You can leave any time by deleting your account. JFDS can suspend or close accounts that break the fair-use section. Either way, your data’s fate is the same: deleted, per the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where JFDS’s developer resides, unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.
When these terms change
Material changes move the effective date at the top of this page and are noted in the app. Continuing to use JFDS after a change means you accept it.
